Cake
1. Standard cake used for cake base is Sponge Cake, Butter Cake, Steam Brownies. 

    Come in 4 choices of flavour : 

• Double chocolate : chocolate sponge, butter and brownies with ganache filling
• Mocca cream : mocca sponge, butter and brownies with mocca butter cream filling
• Lemon : lemon sponge, butter and brownies with lemon jam filling.
• Vanilla with cheddar cheese : vanilla sponge, butter and brownies with butter cream and cheese filling
• Strawberry : strawberry sponge, butter and brownies with strawberry jam filling
• Green Tea : green tea sponge, butter and brownies with green tea butter cream 

2. International cake is Black Forest, Opera, Tiramissu, Anykind of Cheese Cake, Sacher Torte

Cupcakes
Standard cupcake used for cake base is Sponge Cake, Butter Cake, Steam Brownies.

Come in 4 choices of flavour :

Butter cookies and chocolate cookies

For cakes and cupcakes, I use full fondant/plastic icing, with edible and sertificated food colouring.

For cakes and cupcake, I use butter cream with edible and sertificated food colouring.
For cookies I use royal icing (sugar and eggwhite mixture) or fondant/plastic icing, with edible and sertificated food colouring.
 
Size of the cake and cookies

The standard cake comes in 6 size choices : 20 cm, 22 cm, 24cm,  26 cm, 28cm, 30cm - all round or square

The mini cake comes in 5 size choices : 10cm, 12cm, 14cm, 16cm, 18cm - all round or square

The size of cupcake is 6,5-7 cm on top.

Standard fancy cookie's size is 7-8 cm. Size of cookies set in average 4-5 cm
